Praise and worship

Praise and worship isn't just about music and song, it's about what's in your heart, and your life style and choices. But "praise and worship" is often used as shorthand for "praising and worshipping God through music" and is a precious and important part of Christians spending time with God, in His presence. And when we least feel like singing praises to God is when we most need to do it, to choose to confirm that God has the victory over every circumstance and emotion.
